Tortello Festival will take place from the 5th to the 7th and from the 12th to the 15th of August 2011 in Borgo San Lorenzo - Florence.
Tortello is a popular type of pasta, filled with ricotta cheese and herbs. Tortelli are usually dressed with ragù (meat sauce), mushrooms or butter and sage.
The festival will also offer typical gastonomy, grilled meat and good wine.
On the 7th, 14th and 15th the event will be also open at lunch time.
