
Drunk Pork is a way of cooking pork chops with wine. This dish is common in the whole region and it is very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 4 fatty pork chops
- 1 glass of Chianti red wine
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 parsley sprig
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
Add salt and peper to the pork chops, them put them in a pan with beaten parsley, garlic and fennel seeds. Cook over a medium flame and when the chops become goldy and brownish, sprinkle them with wine. Finish the cooking over a low flame, covering the pan until the wine evaporates completely.
