The Church of Spirito Santo has a sober and elegant aspect and houses some very valuable works.
Near the right altar there is a painting representing the Circumcision attributed to Fra Diamante; at the next altar we find the Virgin with the Infant Jesus and Saint Anna among the Saints Rocco and Iacopo, which comes from the dissolved Society of San Rocco, by Ridolfo del Ghirlandaio and Michele di Ridolfo; behind the high altar there is an alto-rilievo representing Saint Giovanni, of the second half of the 15th century, an Annunciation with predella, and finally a cast by Benedetto da Maiano. In the tabernacle of the altar there is a Pentecost of Saints by Tito of 1598 and a painting by Niccolò Latini representing the Visitation (1584).
